Our space is handicap accessible with an elevator for your convenience, complimentary parking garage next door, surrounding parks and restaurants. It's easy for you to see why the Metropolis Ballroom is the perfect location for hosting and attending weddings and events.

The Metropolis Ballroom is partnered with Courtyard Marriot South of Arlington Heights. The Marriot offers complimentary shuttles to and from the Ballroom and discounted room rates.

Anita
​
Anita originates from Ukraine but describes herself as a woman of the world. After attending university in Ukraine, Anita went on to work and travel internationally, spending several years in the five star hotel resort industry working as an event manager and entertainment director, before becoming a first class flight attendant for one of the world’s top international airlines.
Since moving to Chicago, Anita has added additional knowledge and mastery in business relations to her existing skill set. Anita’s combined levels of experience, refined taste, attention to detail, and creative planning, all play a role in elevating your Elegant event from terrific to unforgettable.

Rachel

Rachel was born and raised in the Chicago region. She studied and graduated with a Master degree in communications and public relations from North Western. She is also a dedicated mother to her three beautiful daughters.
​
She has played a major role in planning fundraisers and events for non-for-profit organizations, ministries as well as for her children’s schools. This ignited a passion within her for event planning and creating memories for people that last a lifetime.
Rachel’s ability to connect with all her clients on a personal level allows her to create the perfect event for everyone, all while having a fun and exciting experience doing it. Her favorite part about her role as an event producer is seeing her clients’ visions become an unforgettable reality!

Catering Manager
Haley
​
Haley is a native to the northwest suburbs of Chicago. She studied and graduated from Lake Michigan College with an associate’s degree in Hospitality Management. She has also studied at Aquinas College and Central Michigan University. She started her hospitality career in the restaurant and hotel resort industry where she found her passion for guest service.
As an experienced manager, she has worked for two award winning hotel resorts. Her past experience contributes to her approach to guest service. Haley enjoys building and leading a successful event team whose ultimate goal is to make all our clients’ events seamless and memorable.
